I started this programme because I know how it feels to be looking for that special person. I’ve been single for ten years, and at 54, the road to love can feel lonelier, especially when it seems like everyone else is already settled.

I wanted to create a gentle space where we can all find hope again.

The Love Letter Swap Company helps you open your heart through handwritten letters. It’s a lovely way to meet new friends, hear their stories and share your own world, slowly and safely.

We are a small, caring service, currently focusing on Kent and London as we grow. Since starting in May 2026, we’ve chosen to work slowly and with patience.

 

It may take up to six months to find your match, because we personally read every letter to look for a meaningful connection.
